1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Cottage cheese (1% M.F.) (or chream cheese)
1 large Peach (halved)
1/2 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla


  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. Arrange peaches cut side-up in a baking dish, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except peaches.
  4. Fill roasted peach halves with cheese mixture, and enjoy.


Store baked peaches in the refrigerator for up to 5 days (without cheese mixture). Reheat in the microwave or a 350 F (176 C) oven until warmed through and add the filling.
