|1/4 cup||Cottage cheese (1% M.F.) (or chream cheese)|
|1 large||Peach (halved)|
|1/2 scoop||Whey protein powder, vanilla|
Preheat oven to 475°F.
Arrange peaches cut side-up in a baking dish, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except peaches.
Fill roasted peach halves with cheese mixture, and enjoy.
