A delicious sweet salsa that pairs perfectly with chicken or fish.


4 medium Peach (peeled and cut into small chunks)
1/2 large Red onion (finely diced)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper (seeded and diced)
1/4 cup Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
1 whole lime(s) Lime juice (fresh)
1 pinch Sea Salt


1. Chop your peach, onion, jalapeno and cilantro and add it all to a bowl. 

2. Squeeze lime juice and sprinkle with sea salt. 

3. Mix all of the ingredients together to combine. Let sit for 15 minutes to infuse the flavours.
