A delicious sweet salsa that pairs perfectly with chicken or fish.
Ingredients
4 medium

Peach
(peeled and cut into small chunks)

1/2 large
|
Red onion
(finely diced)
|
1/2 medium pepper(s)
|
Jalapeno pepper
(seeded and diced)
|
1/4 cup
|
Cilantro (coriander)
(chopped)
|
1 whole lime(s)
|
Lime juice (fresh)
|
1 pinch

Sea salt
|
Instructions
1. Chop your peach, onion, jalapeno and cilantro and add it all to a bowl.
2. Squeeze lime juice and sprinkle with sea salt.
3. Mix all of the ingredients together to combine. Let sit for 15 minutes to infuse the flavours.
