Ingredients


1 cup Frozen peaches, sweetened
3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (or dairy-free yogurt of choice)
3/4 cup Partly skimmed milk, 1% M.F. (or dairy-free milk of choice)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Oats, dry

Instructions


  1. Combine ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
