1 medium Peach

Instructions


1. Wash the peach well. Do not peel. 
2. Cut the peach into chunks and discard pit.
3. Put the peach into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. You'll see very tiny specks of the peel in the puree.
4. Pour the peach puree into your popsicle mold. Insert sticks and freeze for several hours until solid. Keep in mind, different molds hold different amounts of liquid per popsicle.
5. Follow the directions for your particular popsicle mold for un-molding your pops. For a hard plastic mold, you will immerse the bottom in hot water for a few seconds and then slide the popsicle out.
6. The popsicles will keep for a few days in the freezer.
