1 muffin English muffin, whole-wheat
2 slice Peameal bacon

Instructions


In frying pan on med high heat, cook two slices of peameal bacon (5 mins)
While bacon is cooking, toast english muffin
Assemble - muffin bottom, 1 slice peameal, slice of cheese, 1 slice of peameal, muffin top
By the time you bring it to the table, the cheese will be melted!

Option of adding an over easy egg and/or some veggies (tomato, lettuce) and TRUST ME, you won't miss the margarine/butter/sauce!
