A delicious alternative to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Ingredients


1 cup Rolled oats, dry
2 cup Water
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 cup Frozen berries (berry sauce)
2 tbsp Water (berry sauce)
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (or honey. Optional)
1/2 tsp Lemon juice (berry sauce)
1 dash Cinnamon (berry sauce)
1 pinch Sea Salt (berry sauce)
1/2 tbsp Chia seeds (berry sauce)
2 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)

Instructions


  1. Divide the oatmeal among plates and drizzle syrup/honey over oatmeal.
  2. Add a tablespoon of flaxseed to each bowl.
  3. Sprinkle chia seeds on top and serve (or stir before you serve)
