Ingredients


1 cup Rolled oats, dry
2 cup Water
1 pinch Sea salt
2 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
1 cup Frozen berries (berry sauce)
1/8 cup Water (berry sauce)
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (berry sauce)
1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice (berry sauce)
1/8 tsp Cinnamon (berry sauce)
1 pinch Sea salt (berry sauce)
1/2 tbsp Chia seeds (berry sauce)
2 tsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled

Instructions


  1. Divide the oatmeal among plates and drizzle berry sauce over oatmeal.
  2. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter to each bowl.
  3. Sprinkle hemp hearts on top and serve.

Advanced Preparation

Cook oats according to package directions.

Instructions:

To make berry sauce: Add berries and water to medium-sized pot and bring to boil. Lower the heat and add in the maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, sea salt and chia seeds. Let cook for a few minutes until the sauce reduces slightly. Remove from heat and puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Store in the fridge in an air-tight container.
