|1 cup||Rolled oats, dry|
|1 pinch||Sea salt|
|2 tbsp||Peanut butter, natural|
|1 cup||Frozen berries (berry sauce)|
|1/8 cup||Water (berry sauce)|
|1 tbsp||Maple syrup, pure (berry sauce)|
|1 1/2 tsp||Lemon juice (berry sauce)|
|1/8 tsp||Cinnamon (berry sauce)|
|1 pinch||Sea salt (berry sauce)|
|1/2 tbsp||Chia seeds (berry sauce)|
|2 tsp hulled||Hemp seeds, shelled|
Cook oats according to package directions.
To make berry sauce: Add berries and water to medium-sized pot and bring to boil. Lower the heat and add in the maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, sea salt and chia seeds. Let cook for a few minutes until the sauce reduces slightly. Remove from heat and puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Store in the fridge in an air-tight container.
