A delicious alternative to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.


1 cup Rolled oats, dry
2 cup Water
1 pinch Sea Salt
2 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
1 cup Frozen berries (berry sauce)
2 tbsp Water (berry sauce)
1 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (berry sauce)
1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice (berry sauce)
1 dash Cinnamon (berry sauce)
1 pinch Sea Salt (berry sauce)
1/2 tbsp Chia seeds (berry sauce)
2 tsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled


  1. Divide the oatmeal among plates and drizzle berry sauce over oatmeal.
  2. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter to each bowl.
  3. Sprinkle hemp hearts on top and serve.
