1/4 cup (s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Old Fashioned Texas Grown Oats
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Central Market Smooth Peanut Butter (May sub with other nut or seed butter of choice)
1 medium Frozen banana
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (Adjust to your taste (Optional))
1 dash Vanilla extract, pure (Adjust to your taste (Optional))
1 cup Ice cubes (Adjust to your desired consistency)
