2 cup | Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F. |
2 medium | Banana (s) (peeled) |
2 tbsp | Peanut butter, natural (can use nut butter of your choice) |
2 tsp hulled | Hemp seeds, shelled |
2 tsp | Honey, raw |
1. Divide yogurt into two bowls.
2. Slice the bananas lengthwise.
3. Spread nut butter on top of the flat side of the bananas, then sprinkle with hemp hearts.
4. Place both sides of each banana together and slice them into pieces, then place on top of the yogurt.
5. Drizzle with honey and serve.

For dairy-free version use coconut or almond yogurt.
