Peanut Butter Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are high in soluble fiber. The protein and fat in peanut butter keeps you fueled. Cacao powder instead of cocoa powder provides iron and magnesium.

Ingredients


1 1/4 cup Coconut milk (or any dairy-free milk you prefer; for pudding)
1/4 cup Chia seeds
2 tbsp Peanut butter, natural (or almond butter)
2 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1 tsp Maple syrup, pure (more or less to taste)

Instructions


In the morning you can divide it into 2 bowls.

Top with berries of choice, some cacao nibs and any other toppings that you like!
