If you love peanut butter and chocolate, you'll love this healthier version of classic fudge.

Ingredients


1 cup Peanut butter, natural
1/4 cup Coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1/4 cup Collagen peptides
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground) (optional)
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips (plus more for sprinkling on top)

Instructions


Mix all of the ingredients together (except the extra chocolate chips) until well blended.

Spread the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and sprinkle with the extra chocolate chips.

Store in the freezer for about one hour.  Cut into about 18 pieces, store in the freezer, and enjoy!
