1 1/2 cup Soy milk, unsweetened (or other nut milk)
2 tbsp Peanut butter, natural (or other nut butter)
1 medium Banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Kale (de-stemmed and chopped)
1/4 cup Frozen blueberries (or mixed berries)
1 tsp Flaxseeds
1 scoop Hemp protein powder (optional)
