1 cup Peanut butter, natural
86 gm Sugar Free Maple Syrup
4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 large Egg
1/4 cup Coconut flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 block Cream cheese
1/4 cup Peanut butter, natural
86 gm Truvia, calorie-free sweetener (to your liking)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


First make the cookies:

Combine the Peanut butter, Maple Sweetener, and Coconut Flour , mix till it thickens, then form into cookie shapes. Bake for 8 min on 350

Then mix Cream cheese, PB, and sweetener, until well combined, you can scoop on the cooled down cookie or place in a piping bag, you can also use a zip lock bag, cut the end and Pipe on the cookie, put a second cookie on top to make a sandwich.

If Dairy Free or on the reset, Use Vegan cream cheese and Butter
