First make the cookies:
Combine the Peanut butter, Maple Sweetener, and Coconut Flour , mix till it thickens, then form into cookie shapes. Bake for 8 min on 350
Then mix Cream cheese, PB, and sweetener, until well combined, you can scoop on the cooled down cookie or place in a piping bag, you can also use a zip lock bag, cut the end and Pipe on the cookie, put a second cookie on top to make a sandwich.
