Ingredients


1/2 cup Peanut butter, smooth
1/4 cup Water (use warm or hot)
1/4 cup Lime juice (fresh)
1/4 cup Rice vinegar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Ginger root (minced or grated)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced or grated)

Instructions


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter and hot water until they are thoroughly mixed and the peanut butter looks creamy again. 
  2. Slowly, add the lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic, a little bit at a time, mixing between each one until the sauce is thoroughly mixed.
