|1/8 medium pepper(s)||Red bell pepper (sliced)|
|1 tsp||Sesame seeds|
|2 tsp||Peanut butter, natural (for sauce)|
|1 tsp||Rice vinegar (for sauce)|
|3/4 tsp||Honey (for sauce)|
|1/8 tsp||Garlic powder (for sauce)|
|1 tsp||Soy sauce, tamari (for sauce)|
|1 tsp||Lime juice (fresh) (for sauce)|
|1/8 tsp||Sriracha (to taste, for sauce)|
1. Wash, dry and chop the romaine lettuce. Dice the bell peppers and cucumber and add to the lettuce.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl, whisking to combine.
3. Toss everything with peanut sauce and enjoy!
