Ingredients


2 cup Lettuce, romaine
1/8 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (sliced)
5 slice Cucumber
1 tsp Sesame seeds
2 tsp Peanut butter, natural (for sauce)
1 tsp Rice vinegar (for sauce)
3/4 tsp Honey (for sauce)
1/8 tsp Garlic powder (for sauce)
1 tsp Soy sauce, tamari (for sauce)
1 tsp Lime juice (fresh) (for sauce)
1/8 tsp Sriracha (to taste, for sauce)

Instructions


1. Wash, dry and chop the romaine lettuce. Dice the bell peppers and cucumber and add to the lettuce.

2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl, whisking to combine.

3. Toss everything with peanut sauce and enjoy!
