|1/4 cup||Peanut butter, natural|
|1 tbsp||Soy sauce, tamari|
|1 tbsp||Rice vinegar|
|1/2 whole lime(s)||Lime juice (fresh)|
|1/4 tsp||Garlic powder|
|2 tsp||Honey (or agave if vegan)|
1. In a small jar with a lid, combine the peanut butter with 2 Tbs. warm water and work together with a spoon.
2. Once blended, add remaining ingredients.
3. Mix well and add 1-2 more Tbs. water for a lighter consistency so you can drizzle on salads.
Store in the fridge- it lasts up to ten days.
