Instructions
DIRECTIONS
Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl, and pour the dressing on top.
The cranberries are optional but you could use a few fresh raspberries or blueberries instead which will also bring the carbs down by quite a bit.
Toss, serve, and enjoy!

TIPS/SUBSTITUTIONS
You can choose almonds or pecans instead of walnuts.
Feel free to substitute macadamia nut oil for olive oil.
