|1 cup||Brain Butter (Pearl Butter) (or Bliss or Beauty )|
|1 cup||Coconut, shredded (half for bites and half for rolling)|
|1 tsp||Coconut oil|
|2 tbsp||Honey (or maple syrup)|
|1 pinch||Himalayan sea salt|
Add all of your lovely ingredients to a food processor. Pulse to combine, scraping down the sides as needed so that everything is evenly combined.
Begin rolling the dough into 14 bites and transfer to parchment lined baking sheet.
Place in the refrigerator to chill for 15-minutes.
Reform the bites as needed and gently roll in some shredded coconut.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container, lasts 7 days.
Tip: You can divide this recipe in thirds or triple the recipe to make pearl butter balls in every magical colour!
