9 pecans | Pecans (pecan halves for topping) |
1. Combine pecans, dates, and cinnamon into high speed food processor.
2. Blend until well combined.
3. Spoon mix from food processor into a metal bowl.
4. Scoop heaping tablespoon fulls of mix and use clean dry hands to roll into balls
5. Place balls onto clean plate and press one pecan half onto top.
6. Store balls in freezer for firmer texture or in fridge for softer texture. Enjoy!
