6 fillet (6oz) Atlantic Cod (or flounder or halibut)
1/4 cup Liquid aminos (soy sauce alternative)
4 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp White pepper
1 tbsp Peppercorn (mixed peppercorns, crushed)
1/4 tsp Coconut oil


Place fish in a gallon size plastic bag. Combine aminos, garlic, lemon juice and white pepper; pour over fish. Seal tightly and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.

Preheat broiler.

Remove fish from marinade, and discard marinade. Sprinkle fish evenly with peppercorns, pressing firmly so peppercorns stick to fish.

Place fish on rack of a greased broiler pan. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to a serving platter.
