I usually make a double batch of these and keep the extra in the freezer! They are super easy to warm up in the toaster for a quick and easy breakfast!
Ingredients
4 medium
Egg
2/3 cup
Hemp protein powder, vanilla
(I use Juice Plus Complete, link below)
1 tsp
Baking powder
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
1/4 tsp
Ground cloves
1/4 tsp
Sea Salt
Instructions
Mix ingredients together well. I use a large measuring cup that has a handle and a pour spout
Spray a large frying pan with non stick and warm to low heat
Pour in pancake batter, option to adjust consistency by adding a bit more protein powder or a small amount of water or nut milk
Cook on medium-low heat, flipping halfway
Store excess pancakes in fridge or freezer, reheat in the toaster.
Enjoy with maple syrup or crushed berries!
