I usually make a double batch of these and keep the extra in the freezer! They are super easy to warm up in the toaster for a quick and easy breakfast!

Ingredients


4 medium Egg
2/3 cup Hemp protein powder, vanilla (I use Juice Plus Complete, link below)
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground cloves
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions


  1. Mix ingredients together well. I use a large measuring cup that has a handle and a pour spout
  2. Spray a large frying pan with non stick and warm to low heat
  3. Pour in pancake batter, option to adjust consistency by adding a bit more protein powder or a small amount of water or nut milk
  4. Cook on medium-low heat, flipping halfway
  5. Store excess pancakes in fridge or freezer, reheat in the toaster.
  6. Enjoy with maple syrup or crushed berries!
  7. I always make a double batch of this recipe and cook it up all at once, then freeze the extra pancakes. They are easy take out of the freezer in the morning and heat up in the toaster.
