114 gm Oat Milk, Minor Figures Dairy
2 tbsp Whey protein powder, unflavoured (or vanilla)
1/4 cup Pecans (soaked for 2 hours or more (optional if you have a high powered blender)
1 ml slices Frozen banana
1 date pitted Medjool date
1/4 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1 dash Celtic sea salt (A pinch, to taste)

Instructions


1. Add all the ingredients to your high speed blender and blend for 30 – 60 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.

2. Pour into a glass and Enjoy!
