2 tbsp | Basil, fresh (chopped) |
2 tbsp | Parsley, fresh (chopped) |
1 tbsp | Walnuts (chopped) |
1 tbsp | Parmigiano-Reggiano |
1 tsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 pinch | Salt and pepper (to taste) |
Finely chop pesto greens (usually basil and parsley, but you can use kale, spinach, or any other flavourful green you have on hand). Sprinkle over yogurt. Add chopped nuts and shaved or grated Parmesan.
Finish with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
