1 1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Teff grain, uncooked
1 pinch Sea salt, fine
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (optional)
2 tbsp Mixed fruit, dried (optional)
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (optional)
1 tsp Maple syrup, pure (optional)


In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Mix in the teff and salt; reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 13 to 15 minutes, until porridge is thick and creamy (not dry) and grains are tender.

Transfer to a bowl and top with any of the suggested toppings.
