Ingredients


1 persimmon(s) Persimmon, Japanese (or 2–3 Fuyu persimmons)
1 medium Frozen banana (frozen)
1 cup Soy milk, unsweetened (almond milk works great, too)

Instructions


1. Peel and freeze the banana ahead of time. Prepare and freeze persimmon ahead of time.

2. Put ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.

3. Serve in a bowl or a large cup if you prefer.

4. Enjoy!
