1 persimmon(s) Persimmon, Japanese (or 2–3 Fuyu persimmons)
1 large Frozen banana
1 cup Soy milk, unsweetened (almond milk works)

Instructions


1.Peel and freeze banana ahead of time. Prepare and freeze persimmon ahead of time also.

2.Insert ingredients into blender and blend until well combines.

3. Serve it in a bowl or a large cup if you prefer.
