Instructions
Preheat oven broiler to high-broil.
Spread parsley pesto over trout fillet and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle the sh with olive oil and place under the broiler.
Broil for 5 minutes, or until the fish flakes with a fork.
Note:
Add 2 tbsp of Parsley Pesto.
