Ingredients


1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (or 2 medium)
1/2 medium Yellow onion (medium)
3 clove(s) Garlic
1 fruit Lime
1/2 pepper Ancho, poblano, pepper
1 small pepper(s) Green bell pepper
2 tbsp Cilantro (coriander)
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper (generous twists)

Instructions


1. Wash fresh veggies. 

2. Chop onions, garlic, pepper, tomatoes, and cilantro into small pieces and add to small mixing bowl. 

3. Squeeze juice of one lime into bowl and add salt. 

4. Stir until well combined. 

5. Store leftovers in sealed jar in the refrigerator.
