1/2 onion(s) Sweet onion
1 fruit Lime
1/4 bunch Cilantro (coriander)
1 pinch Sea Salt


  1. Cut the tomato and onion into very small dice. Wash the cilantro and shake dry. Roughly chop the cilantro.
  2. Combine the tomato, onion, and cilantro in a bowl.
  3. Squeeze the juice from half of the lime over the mixture and sprinkle it with salt.
  4. Give everything a good stir and then adjust the lime and sea salt to your liking. Serve as a topping with organic corn chips or on baked chicken breasts!
