1 medium Frozen banana (sliced)
1/2 cup diced Pineapple
1/2 cup Cashew milk, unsweetened (or a few soaked cashews in water)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix well. If it is not thick enough, pop it into the freezer for a few minutes to harden up. The banana will prevent it from freezing solid.
