1 cup diced Pineapple (frozen)
1 cup Mixed berries (frozen)
1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 cup Kale (or spinach)
1 cup Silk Original Coconut Milk (or water)


Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add water, if needed, for desired consistency.

Tip: Smoothies can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator 1-2 days or frozen up to 3 months. If you freeze them make sure to take out and place in the refrigerator the night before to thaw.
