Pineapple Carrot Smoothie

1 1/4 cup Silk Original Coconut Milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 cup diced Pineapple (can use fresh or frozen)
1/2 large Banana (s)
1 small Carrots (peeled and cut into large chunks)
2 tbsp Walnuts (about 5-6 walnuts)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
3 cube(s) Ice cubes (optional)


In a high speed blender, add all ingredients in the order listed. Blend on high speed for one minute.

Add water or ice, if needed, to reach your desired thickness.


Don’t like coconut milk? Try substituting another non- dairy milk like almond. Make it a green smoothie by adding a cup of baby spinach.
