1. Peel bananas and freeze ahead of time.
2. Freeze blueberries ahead of time or purchase frozen blueberries from the market.
3. Combine frozen fruits and coconut milk in blender or food processor.
4. Blend on high.
5. Open the blender to push down chunks of frozen fruit into your blender's blades.
6. When mixture is smooth remove from blender into serving bowls or cups.
7. Top with desired topping.
8. Enjoy immediately or return finished nicecream to freezer to firm up for up for 5–10 minutes before serving.
