These Pineapple Salsa Chicken Tacos are super quick and easy to make - a tropical twist to your classic tacos.
Ingredients
1 cup diced

Pineapple
|
1/3 cup

Red onion
(diced)

1/4 cup

Cilantro (coriander)
(chopped)

Instructions
Step 1: To make the salsa, mix the diced pineapple, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt together in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 2: Heat up the pre-cooked chicken breast pieces, or carve pieces from a store-bought pre-cooked chicken.
Step 3: Line the centre of each tortilla with an equal amount of chicken. Top each with an equal amount of the pineapple salsa.
