|2 cup||Rolled oats- Gluten Free (doesn't need to be gluten-free of course!)|
|1/4 cup||Tigernut flour|
|3 beet(s)||Beets, boiled, drained|
|1/2 tsp||Camu camu berry powder|
|2 medium||Banana (s)|
|2 tbsp||Cacao nibs, raw|
|2 tbsp hulled||Hemp seeds, shelled (optional - for topping)|
|2 tbsp||Chia seeds (optional - for topping)|
Roast bananas at 400 degrees celsius for 15 minutes (in peels).
Puree beets in food processor.
Meanwhile, bring water to boil and add oats - cook for about 10 minutes or until desired texture is reached.
Remove oats from heat and stir in beet puree and camu camu powder.
Top with bananas and any other desired toppings (such as those listed in the ingredients).
