454 gm Pizza dough, commercial
1/4 cup Tomato-Basil pasta sauce (or choice of sauce)
1/2 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese, partially skimmed (divided)
6 slice(s) Pepperoni (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and generously coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Roll dough into a 10 inch square on a floured surface.
  3. Spread pizza or pasta sauce over dough.
  4. Sprinkle all but 2 tbsp mozzarella over the sauce.
  5. Top with pepperoni.
  6. Roll up dough jelly-roll style to enclose filling.
  7. Cut roll crosswise into 10 slices.
  8. Place slices, cut side down on baking sheet.
  9. Brush tops with oil.
  10. Sprinkle with parmesan and remaining mozzarella cheese.
  11. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  12. Serve immediately.
