1 medium egg Egg, hard boiled
9 slice Turkey, deli cut
1 cup Mixed vegetable salad
1 tbsp Honey mustard dressing, low fat

    • Let them cool slightly, then peel (if boiled) and slice in half or into rounds.

  2. Toast the bread (optional):

    • Lightly toast the bread for extra crunch and warmth.

  3. Assemble the open sandwiches:

    • Lay the bread slices flat on a plate or board.

    • Spread with cream cheese if using, or place cheese slices directly on the bread.

    • Layer with slices of ham and top with the boiled or poached egg.

  4. Make the salad:

    • In a bowl, mix your chosen salad ingredients (e.g., lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers).

    • Drizzle with the dressing and toss gently to coat.

  5. Serve:

    • Place the salad on the side of the sandwich plate.
