1 scoop Brown rice protein concentrate
1 tsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/3 cup Whey, acid, fluid
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
1 small Green Apples (chopped)
1/2 cup seeds Pomegranate seeds


1. Mix the protein powder, flax, and cinnamon with the whey and stir - it will bulk up into a nice “paste” if you leave it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.

2. Top with chopped apple, pomegranate seeds, and a spoonful of nut butter.
