|1 scoop||Brown rice protein concentrate|
|1 tsp||Flaxseed meal (ground)|
|1/3 cup||Whey, acid, fluid|
|1 tbsp||Peanut butter, natural|
|1 small||Green Apples (chopped)|
|1/2 cup seeds||Pomegranate seeds|
1. Mix the protein powder, flax, and cinnamon in with the whey and stir - it will bulk up to a nice “paste” of sorts if you leave it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
2. Top with chopped apple, pomegranate seeds, and a spoonful of nut butter.
