Pom-Berry Smoothie Bowl with Yogurt

Yogurt provides protein and probiotics. Feel free to use protein powder instead, as it will provide the same benefit.

Ingredients


1/4 cup Pomegranate juice, unsweetened
1/2 medium Frozen banana (in pieces if necessary)
171 gm Plain yogurt, fat free (Vegan: So Delicious Vanilla or Raspberry yogurt preferrably)
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Raspberries
4 cube(s) Ice cubes
2 tbsp Raspberries (for topping)
2 tbsp Blueberries (for topping)
1/4 small Banana (s) (sliced for topping)
1 tsp Chia seeds, ground (for topping)

Instructions


1. In a blender, combine pomegranate juice, banana, blueberries, raspberries, yogurt, and ice. 

2.  Secure lid and blend (from low to high if using a variable-speed blender) until smooth.

3.  Pour into a bowl and top with fresh berries, kiwi, pomegranate seeds, or other fruit, as desired.
