A delicious mix of fresh and frozen berries to increase antioxidant status!

Ingredients


1/4 cup Pomegranate juice, unsweetened
1/2 medium Frozen banana (in pieces if necessary)
1/2 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Raspberries
4 cube(s) Ice cubes
1/8 cup Raspberries (for topping)
1/8 cup Blueberries (for topping)
1/4 small Banana (sliced for topping)
1 tsp Chia seeds, ground (for topping)

Instructions


1. In blender, combine pomegranate juice, banana, blueberries, raspberries and ice. Secure lid and blend (from low to high if using a variable-speed blender) until smooth.

2. Pour into a bowl and top with any of the suggested toppings, as desired.
