Pomegranate Chocolatey Bark with Hidden Greens

1 cup Cacao paste (or ¾ cup cacao butter + 6 tbsp cacao powder)
2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (or raw honey)
1 tsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Maca powder
1 scoop vegan greens+ O (unflavoured), Genuine Health
1 fruit Pomegranate (flesh removed - i.e. just the seeds)


  1. In a double boiler, warm up cacao paste (or butter) with maple syrup (or honey) and coconut oil over medium heat. Mix in the cacao powder once everything is melted (if your not using cacao paste). Mix in maca powder and vegan greens+ O.
  2. Prepare a baking dish lined with parchment paper (or well-greased with additional coconut oil), pour the chocolate mixture onto the paper and spread evenly.
  3. Top with pomegranate seeds.
  4. Allow to set for an hour or so in the fridge (or less in freezer).
  5. Store the bark in the fridge (or out if you keep your kitchen cool).
