Serve this easy and festive pomegranate guacamole at all of your holiday parties!

Ingredients


3 avocado(s) Avocado (ripe, medium)
2 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)
1/4 cup Red onion (diced)
1/4 cup Cilantro (coriander) (fresh, chopped)
1 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper (seeds removed, minced))
1 dash Salt (to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (to taste)
1 cup Pomegranate seeds

Instructions


  1. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the seed. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and put it into a medium bowl.
  2. Add the lime juice, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste. Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado until you’ve reached the desired consistency. Taste and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
  3. Stir in the pomegranate seeds. Serve immediately with corn chips, baked pita chips, rice crackers, veggie sticks, etc.
