Instructions
1. Wash fresh veggies.
2. Chop walnuts into small chunks.
3. Slice red onion into thin slices.
4. Slice apples into wedges and squeeze juice of lemon on top to prevent browning.
5. Combine salad ingredients in a large salad bowl.
6. Toss salad until well combined.
