Ingredients


1/3 cup Vinegar, white (or malt)
1 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin (or avocado oil)
1/2 onion(s) Sweet onion (small; roughly chopped)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Mustard powder
1 tbsp Poppy seeds
1 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid (or more to taste)

Place all ingredients in the blender and whiz. Calorie count based on one tablespoon servings. Vidalia onions are delicious. Regular cooking onions just taste too strong! Theres also a version made without stevia.
