1 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/4 cup Soy sauce, low sodium
1 tsp Oregano, dried
3 clove(s) Garlic (crushed)
1 3/4 kg Pork, tenderloin (cut into 1 inch cubes)
2 medium pepper(s) Green bell pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)

Instructions


1. In a large glass bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, oregano, and garlic; add pork and green peppers, and stir to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

2. Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Thread pork, and peppers onto skewars.

3. Lightly oil grate. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or to desired doneness, turning skewars frequently for even cooking.
