Pork Stir-Fry with Sweet Pepper and Sesame

2 tbsp Cooking wine
4 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
5 stalk(s) Green onion (chopped)
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
500 gm Pork, sirloin (boneless), lean (cut into thin strips)
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1 medium pepper(s) Green bell pepper (cut into thin strips)

Instructions


1. Heat a dry frying pan on medium heat, add sesame seeds and stir until golden-brown. Set sesame seeds aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium-high heat. Add the pork strips in three separate batches - stir frying each batch for approximately 2 minutes, set one batch aside before adding the next batch to the skillet. Remove the last batch of pork strips from the skillet and add garlic and pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

3. Add all the pork back to the skillet, pour in sherry and soy sauce, toss with green onion and cook for 1 minute.
