Cashew milk, unsweetened
(any plant based milk)
1 cup
Frozen berries
(any frozen fruit)
1 cup
Spinach
1 cup
Kale
1 tbsp
Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/2 cup
Water
(or more)
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together, and drink as soon as possible after your workout,
