| 2 potato | Yukon Gold potato (cooked and mashed - can switch for white potato or red potato) |

| 4 tbsp | Ghee (melted) |
| 1 tsp | Celtic sea salt |
| 1/2 cup | Flaxseed meal (ground) |
| 1/4 cup | Tapioca starch |
| 1/4 cup | Almond Flour |
| 1 tbsp | Yeast, active dry |
| 1 tbsp unpacked | Brown sugar |
| 2 tbsp | Water, filtered |
In a large bowl combine the mashed potatoes with eggs, salt and meteld ghee.
Add the flours.
In a small bowl combine the brown sugar with water and yeast, then you can add to your mix.
Roll the dough into small buns. It will yield about 12 ones.
Oven-bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
Ghee contains a lot of valuable nutrients and is excellent for cooking and baking but if you are sensitive to it, please, replace ghee by 2 tbsp duck fat or olive oil.
