1 cup Broccoli, raw (pureed in a food processor )
1 1/2 cup Potato (pureed in a food processor )
1/2 tsp Salt
1 large egg Egg
1 cup Bread crumbs, whole wheat
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Avocado oil


In a bowl combine all ingredients. Take a tablespoon and form nuggets, using 2 tbsps of mix, until you have used all the mix. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry nuggets until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
