|1 cup||Broccoli, raw (pureed in a food processor )|
|1 1/2 cup||Potato (pureed in a food processor )|
|1 large egg||Egg|
|1 cup||Bread crumbs, whole wheat|
|1 dash||Garlic powder|
|2 tbsp||Avocado oil|
In a bowl combine all ingredients. Take a tablespoon and form nuggets, using 2 tbsps of mix, until you have used all the mix. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry nuggets until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
